A school façade project came in well over budget at tender, and the contractor had unknowingly missed part of the scope. The architect called me after tender. By bringing together the contractor, engineers, and suppliers, we redesigned the façade, selected a custom solution, and found the savings needed to award and build the project. On time, on budget.
